The key part of plate heat exchanger is heat exchanging plate with ripple shape, the plate is made of thin metal sheet by pressing process, many pieces of plate are stacked and assembled into a whole body with clamp board and bolts. Rectangular passage is formed between every two pieces of plate and heat is exchanged via semi-plate
Working Principle :
Working fluid flows through the narrow and winding passage formed between every two pieces of plates. Cold fluid and hot fluid pass through the passage in sequence, a piece of baffle plate separates the cold fluid and hot fluid , and heat is exchanged via this plate.
