Under the effort of our technical department dedicating to technological innovation,research and development,we have already invented our own technology for this induction melting furnace system.We developed a special steel shell structure induction furnace for melting which consists of four main parts: steel plate shell, magnetic yoke, insulation material and induction coil.
Two sets of steel shell furnaces can be powered by one set of power supply cabinet at the same time, one is for keeping or holding the temperature of molten iron and the other is for melting, both of them can also melt the metal synchronuously, this can guarantee continuous molten iron in the casting process. This furnace is designed with a special W-shaped structure which completely does not need water to cool it, therefore reducing power consumption and reducing water pipeline quantity.
In addition, oriented silicon steel sheet are applied and the size of the magnetic yoke is enlarged, this can reduce loss and generate less heat.
It is necessary to adopt dust-proof and splash-proof technology when oil cylinder for tilting the furnace works in a casting environment. Our company's dust-proof and splash-proof technology has already achieve a good working effect.
Insulation board trip is provided for it to prevent screws of induction coil from arcing with the outside space, ensuring equipment can operate more safely and stably.
